Scandic Paasi Helsinki is a design hotel with interiors inspired by the area's 19th-century circus history and Finnish boxing heritage. Bold, contemporary furnishings and unique circus-themed decor appear throughout the lobby, corridors, and guest rooms. The hotel opened in August 2012 and its concept draws directly from local historical events, including a circus that once performed on the site.

Rooms & Suites

All rooms at Scandic Paasi come with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Some rooms offer a private balcony and a minibar. The Superior Plus rooms are particularly spacious and may include a kitchenette or a private sauna, depending on the specific room configuration.

Dining & Breakfast

The hotel houses four on-site restaurants serving diverse cuisines, plus a coffee house and a snack bar. The breakfast buffet is highly rated, with a dedicated gluten-free table and a separate gluten-free toaster. Guests also have the option of breakfast in the room and can request special diet menus.

The Hakaniemi Harbour, providing boat access to Korkeasaari Zoo, is a 2-minute walk from the hotel.
